An initial temporary contract for approximately 6-8 weeks which may lead to a permanent position. Reporting to the Remedial Risk and Collections Manager, your main task will be to work closely with appointed Insolvency Practitioners to minimise the exposure to any losses. You will be dealing with all Insolvency Procedures and attending Creditors meetings. A background in insolvency and dealing with insolvency practitioners is essential as well as the ability to analyse data and make recommendations. Good problem solving and attention to detail and a tenacious approach is essential. Credit card experience would be an advantage. Salary dependent on experience

Our client operates in the utility sector and is looking for a candidate with a proven track record in the pro-active collection of cash. You will be dealing with all aspects of the final debt collection process from Final Debt accounts and the management of external agencies in order to support this process. This will include dealing with all aspects of the early arrears and escalated final debt including lettering, telephony, trace activity, litigation and agency management. Candidates will possess people management skills, professional and proven negotiation skills, be target orientated and have ability to work in a pressurised environment.
