This role is based in Birmingham Business Park and will be reporting into the Accounts Receivables Manager. The company does have a number of other locations and you will be required to travel to these locations at times. Your main task will be the debt collection of the client’s business debt and/or ledger debts by phone, letter, fax, e-mail. Resolving queries on those ledgers to keep overdue debt at a minimum. You will also be required to cover for the AR Manager and other team members when required. You must be able to demonstrate a proven experience of debt management and collection. Basic financial/commercial/legal awareness and a team player with a previous background of supervising a small team are also required. You must have a full driving license the flexibility to travel to other locations Working knowledge of JD Edwards and D&B system would be desirable as well as a student or Member of the ICM. Salary range is £24,000-£26,000 dependent on experience
