Our client operates in the utility sector and is looking for a candidate with a proven track record in the pro-active collection of cash. You will be dealing with all aspects of the final debt collection process from Final Debt accounts and the management of external agencies in order to support this process. This will include dealing with all aspects of the early arrears and escalated final debt including lettering, telephony, trace activity, litigation and agency management. Candidates will possess people management skills, professional and proven negotiation skills, be target orientated and have ability to work in a pressurised environment. Salary range £22,000-£26,000 dependent on experience
