Secretary of State for Business Peter Mandelson and ICM Director General Philip King were originally invited to take part in the official launch of the series of ten 'Managing Cashflow' guides, an initiative commissioned from the ICM by government as part of a package of help for small businesses.

The Department for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS) commissioned the ICM to produce a number of key guides to help small businesses in these difficult times.
