Welcome to the ICM Training website 

The ICM's training offering has evolved considerably in the past few years, adapting to an ever-changing marketplace from credit control training through to coaching strategies and business communication skills.

Our seminars are designed to meet the needs of those working at every level in credit management.  Each year we train in excess of 3,000 individuals working in credit from the UK and overseas.
