Enforcement agents get the results

First candidates taking ICM’s Level 2 Award in Taking Control of Goods exam gained impressive results.

Debbie Tuckwood, ICM Director of Learning and Development, believes that candidates should be proud of their achievement. “The one-hour multiple choice exam is a rigorous test covering all essential aspects of enforcement work. Candidates have shown an excellent understanding of best practice, legislation and Taking Control of Goods regulations.”

Feedback from candidates has been positive, “I found dealing with the ICM to be a breath of fresh air. The Institute has done a wonderful job introducing this qualification which is Ofqual accredited. It adds credence to an industry which at times has been viewed negatively.” Larry Sweeney, enforcement agent for Debt Recovery Bailiff Services.

Exams will be run monthly at local Pearson Vue (DVLA) online testing centres. See ICM website for details about exam booking, the latest ICM/HCEOA Taking Control of Goods Guidance and online learning, and , 6 free sample test questions.
