ICM continues its corporate partnership with Brethertons

10 January 2012

The Institute of Credit Management (ICM) is pleased to announce the renewal of its successful corporate partnership with solicitors Brethertons for 2012.

The renewed partnership will see Brethertons continuing to offer advice on legal matters to ICM members through a web-based helpline and email service. As well as providing advice on commercial recoveries, members can also seek assistance in other areas, including employment, commercial, conveyancing and wills. Brethertons will also continue to provide its informative monthly column in the ICM's monthly journal, Credit Management, offering updates and tips on a wide range of legal topics.

Philip King, Chief Executive of the ICM, says that the partnership with Brethertons is of particular value to ICM members who do not have the benefit of an in-house legal department: "The ICM is always striving to meet the needs of its members, and this partnership has proved ideal in meeting our members' shared needs for legal advice".

"We have worked closely with the award-winning recoveries team at Brethertons for a number of years," he adds, "and we look forward to continuing to share their industry expertise throughout 2012."

Brethertons are similarly delighted to have extended the working relationship, says Jackie Ray, Head of Commercial Recoveries at Brethertons: "I am very pleased to continue working with the ICM. Their members are extremely professional and knowledgeable and the feedback received has been exceptional."

Brethertons is based in London, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire operating from six office locations providing a full range of services for individuals and businesses.
