ICM agrees new strategic partnerships in radical shake-up of recruitment provision to members

27 January 2012

The Institute of Credit Management (ICM) has completed a strategic review of recruitment services provided by the ICM to its members, as part of a much wider restructure of the ICM's headquarters in line with the formulation of a new three-year plan.

The review includes the appointment of Hays Credit Management as the sole provider of dedicated recruitment and career development services, and Jobs in Credit, owned by Incisive Media, who will launch a new specialist jobsite - ICM Jobs Direct.

Philip King, Chief Executive of the ICM, says that partnering with industry specialists is a logical extension to the Institute's member benefits strategy: "Members have always benefited from our contacts in developing their careers, and whereas previously we have provided a niche service, it makes sense to harness the potential of larger, specialist partner organisations for whom recruitment and career development is their raison d'etre," he says.
