Unique Learner Number (ULN)
The ICM has joined a national government scheme to collate information on qualifications and store it centrally allowing you access to check credits and confirm qualifications at any time.
In order to assess this service you will need a Unique Learner Number (ULN). Your ULN is a personal 10-digit number allocated to you by the Learning Records Service (LRS). Your ULN will remain with the you throughout your lifetime, so that your learning experiences could be linked together on a Personal Learning Record (PLR) if you notify your awarding body of your ULN and set up this record
You can find further details about of how your information is processed and shared and how to set up a Personal Learning Record on the Personal Learning Records site.
If you have a Unique Learner Number (ULN) and would like ICM to transfer your results to your Personal Learner Record, please email your ULN to email@example.com before your assessment so that we can update your record. If you do not have a ULN and would like to set up a Personal Learner Record please contact your learning provider or send your ID to firstname.lastname@example.org, so that the ICM can arrange this for you.
