Taking Control of Goods – New

The ICM Level 2 Award in Taking Control of Goods is Ofqual accredited and approved by the Ministry of Justice and Skills for Security to meet the certification requirements for enforcement agents.

Exams can now be booked three months in advance.  The one hour multiple choice exam can now be taken throughout the UK at Pearson Vue Test Centres.  For a list of available dates click here.

Assessment is open to all and does not require completion of a particular package of learning, although the High Court Enforcement Association (HCEOA) has worked with the ICM to develop an online learning package which includes a Taking Control of Goods guidance booklet, practice tests to support preparation for the qualifying exam.  Click here for 6 free sample questions.

First step
You must register as an ICM affiliate learner – download the registration form and return that to us with payment.

Second step
Order your learning package (if required).  Please click here for details.

Third step
Book your online assessment with our partners Pearson VUE.  Assessment is by computer-based multiple-choice exams held in centres in most towns and cities throughout the UK.   To book your exam, please contact Pearson VUE on T: 0161 855 7328 or via the Pearson VUE website.  Please note you must have registered with the ICM before booking your exam.
