Taking Control of Goods – New

The ICM Level 2 Award in Taking Control of Goods is Ofqual accredited and approved by the Ministry of Justice and Skills for Security to meet the certification requirements for enforcement agents.  The one-hour qualifying exam involves 60 multiple choice questions – see 6 free sample questions.

Assessment is open to all and does not require completion of a particular package of learning, although the High Court Enforcement Association (HCEOA) has worked with the ICM to develop an online learning package which includes a Taking Control of Goods guidance booklet and practice tests to support preparation for the qualifying exam.

The qualification and Taking Control of Goods guidance and practice tests are available for all enforcement agents and not just for those undertaking High Court work.

Once you are ready to take the qualifying exam, your must register as an ICM affiliate learner and provide personal information.  This is necessary to verify your identification at the test centre of your choice and book an appointment for your qualifying exam.  Please allow at least 48 hours for your affiliate application to be processed before you try to book your exam.
