Welcome to the ICM Training website 

Our seminars are designed to meet the needs of those working at every level in credit management.  Each year we train in excess of 3,000 individuals working in credit from the UK and overseas. We offer a full range of public seminars throughout the UK covering many topics. Click here for full public seminar information.

We also offer in-company training, we can deliver either one of our public seminar topics or an amended programme or a bespoke course designed specifically for your business.

All of our presenters are leading specialists in credit management and very experienced trainers.

Delegate numbers are limited to ensure maximum participation

All ICM training seminars and in company training qualify for CPD purposes. In addition the ICM is an accredited CPD provider for the AAT, ICSA and InstLex.
